"Varsto" (working name), the Varsto logo and related branding are trademarks of the Varsto project (the licensor named in LICENSE). The source code licence does not grant rights to the name or logo; see "No Other Rights" in the licence.

You may

  • Refer to the software by name to describe it accurately, for example "compatible with Varsto" or "a guide to using Varsto".
  • Use the name in unmodified copies of the software that you distribute under the licence.

You may not

  • Use the name, logo or confusingly similar names or logos for a fork, modified version, derived product or service, or for a product that competes with Varsto.
  • Imply that your product, service, event or company is official, endorsed or affiliated with the project.
  • Register the name, a confusingly similar name, or a domain or app store listing using the name.
  • Resell or rebrand the software.

Forks and modified versions

Modified versions that you are allowed to distribute under the licence must use a clearly different name and logo and must say that they are based on Varsto.
